 ITINERARY

DAY 1: ARRIVAL IN LIMA.

Upon arrival at the international airport of Lima, the reception is in charge of our staff for the pick up and transfer to our Hotel in order to be able to settle down and rest after a long trip.

DAY 2: LIMA – CITY TOUR.

This day the visit of the city of Lima, also known as the "City of Kings" is planned to discover the most important places of this city, (09.00 hrs approx) the tour begins with the visit to the historic center: the Plaza San Martín, Plaza Mayor, Government Palace, the Cathedral, the church of Santo Domingo. Visiting the Convent and Church of San Francisco, knowing this place means knowing the largest monumental complex of Colonial Art in America. Later return to the hotel.

DAY 3: LIMA – TRUJILLO.

At first light of day we will have the transfer to the airport to board our flight to the city of Trujillo, where they will be waiting for us to visit the Temple of the Sun and the Moon, then we will visit Chan Chan, a pre-Columbian city of adobe, built in the north coast of Peru by the Chimu. It is the largest adobe city in America and the second largest in the world. In the afternoon we will go to Huanchaco, a historic spa and a Peruvian city where the Mochicas gave rise to ceviche, an internationally recognized Peruvian cuisine dish. At night we will return to the hotel to spend the night.

DAY 4: TRUJILLO – CHICLAYO.

In the morning after breakfast (09.00 hrs approx) we will pick you up to visit the Huaca del Sol y la Luna, an archaeological complex considered a Moche sanctuary. It is made up of a set of monuments located about five kilometers south of Trujillo, in the Moche district, then we will have free time to have lunch and walk around the city. In the afternoon at approximately 5:00 p.m. we will pick you up so that you can calmly reach the bus station where after a 4-hour trip (6:30 p.m. to 10:30 p.m. approx) we will arrive at the city of Chiclayo, where the staff in charge will be waiting for you to take you to the hotel where you can spend the night.

DAY 5: CHICLAYO – CHACHAPOYAS.

This day after breakfast, we will be taken to the Sipán tour, which consists of a visit to the Royal Tombs of the Lord of Sipán Museum in Lambayeque, where the original remains of the Lord of Sipán are exhibited, as well as its more than 400 pieces, including: earmuffs , necklaces, jewelry, ornaments and headdresses worked in gold, silver, turquoise, spondyllus, cotton and feathers. At the end of the afternoon we will go back to Chiclayo where we will board the bus (approx 8:00 p.m.) that will take us on an overnight trip (approx 10:00 a.m.) to Chachapoyas.

DAY 6: CHACHAPOYAS.

After an exhausting 10-hour trip we will arrive in Chachapoyas (06:00 hrs approx), upon arrival the transfer will be waiting for us to take us to our hotel This day will be free to walk around the city and rest.

DAY 7: KUELAP FORTRESS.

At 08:00 a.m. we will start the tour to Kuelap following the towns of Nuevo Tingo, Choctamal, Longuita and María. At 11:00 a.m. Arrival and view of the Kuelap archaeological zone considered the largest stone structure in South America, and located on top of a mountain at 3000 meters above sea level, and ride by cable car. Finally, at 6:00 p.m. Arrival in Chachapoyas and we will return to the hotel to rest.

DAY 8: SARCOPHAGES OF KARAJÍA.

The tour will begin (08:00 hrs approx) moving to the town of Cruz pata, to visit the most spectacular burial places of the ancient Chachapoyas, unique in the world for its strategic location on the edge of a cliff At night (9:00 p.m. 00 hrs we will be transferred to the bus station to board the service to the city of Chiclayo, this trip will take 10 hours in the same way.

DAY 9: CHILAO – FREE DAY.

When you arrive in Chiclayo, mobility will be waiting for you to take you to the hotel so you can settle in and rest. You will have the day off to enjoy the city and recover your energy after a very tiring trip.

DAY 10: CHILAYO – LIMA.

At the appropriate time, mobility will come to pick them up to take them to the airport and board the flight to the country's capital. Upon arrival, the staff in charge will receive them and take them to the hotel where they can settle in. They will have the day off to rest, visit the beach, have the optional opportunity to enjoy a culinary experience tour.

DAY 11: LIMA - CUSCO - CITY TOUR.

After your breakfast we will be waiting for you to transfer you to the airport to board your flight to the Imperial city where in the afternoon (1:00 p.m. approx) we will come for you to start the city tour in which you will be able to see the attractions tours in the city and surroundings in an unforgettable city tour, visiting the Qoricancha temple, Cusco Cathedral, Sacsayhuaman temple, Qenqo and Tambomachay. At night we will be back to spend the night at the hotel.

DAY 12: CUSCO – SOUTH VALLEY.

This day, we will explore the South Valley of Cusco (08:00 hrs approx), firstly, we will visit the archaeological site of Tipón, here you can learn more about the hydraulic knowledge of the Incas. We will continue our tour to Pikillacta military center of ancient Peru of the Wari culture. Finally, we will visit the Sistine Chapel of America in Andahuaylillas, which has a large number of religious works of art, including works from the Cuzco school of the 17th century. It has tempera murals on the walls and ceiling, carved wooden altarpieces covered with gold leaf, we will return to Cusco at approximately 3:00 p.m. and we will have the afternoon free.

DAY 13: CUSCO – SACRED VALLEY – AGUAS CALIENTES.

This day you will begin to explore the Sacred Valley of the Incas, on the banks of the Vilcanota River (07:30 hrs approx). On the excursion they will visit the Inca citadel of Pisac and then they will go down to the town to visit the traditional market, there they will have the opportunity to discover the customs of the people and be able to haggle with the craft vendors; short break. Then they will continue towards the fortress of Ollantaytambo, which was built to guard the entrance to this part of the valley and protect it from possible invasions of the people of the Jungle. They will take a walk through the streets of this town, which have still preserved the traces of the old military and religious center from the time of the Inca empire. DAY 14: MACHUPICCHU – CUSCO.

Until the day finally arrives to discover the wonder of the world. This very early day you will leave the hotel to take the bus up to the lost city of the Incas, Machupicchu, considered a jewel of Inca architecture: with neighborhoods, squares, houses , agricultural areas, roads, observatories, etc. Built on one of the flanks of the old mountain in the middle of semi-tropical vegetation. Discovered on July 24, 1911 by the American explorer Hiram Bingham. After the guided tour, you will have time to continue exploring this magical place. DAY 15: CUSCO MARAS MORAY – LIMA.

This day, we continue exploring the Sacred Valley (08:00 hrs approx), visiting the town of Maras, the salt mines of Maras, where the inhabitants have been exploiting salt following the ancestral system they have since pre-Inca times. This is how we can see this incredible place of different colors and contrasts. Then we go to Moray, an old experimentation center to acclimatize the plants, we will be back in Cusco in the afternoon (14:30 hrs approx), finally at night we will return to the airport and travel to Lima where they will be waiting for us to be taken to our hotel.

DAY 16: LIMA – RETURN.

Finally, after having had a unique experience in our lives and having known Peru, farewell awaits us. We will provide the transportation service to the airport where you will board your flight back home. Surely the memory of having visited my country will be impossible to forget and I will wait for your soon return.
